​This project aims to support policy makers in Thailand and the CLMV countries to identify and implement strategies that will enable young people to better understand and apply the principles of the circular economy around issues of environmental concern such as plastics waste.

Human behavioural issues are at the heart of this challenge and the project will target teacher educators and their pre-service teachers, supporting them in their use of Citizen Inquiry methodologies that will ultimately enable young people and other community stakeholders to take responsibility for addressing local environmental issues, thereby developing greater environmental agency.
